Stacy-I am a 35 y.o. mother/wife/daughter/friend. I love my life as far as the people in it and the lifestyle I currently have. I have always struggled with weight issues. I consider myself more of an emotional eatter. I get stressed I eat, Im happy, I eat. Im mad or bored, I eat. As all parents know the birth/raising of your first child is a time full of emotional ups and downs. Therefore, I ate. Obesity,diabetes,heart trouble runs in my family. The way Im going Im headed for trouble. Now is my chance to take the bull by the horns and just do this. My goal is 55lbs off by the end of the year. Wish me luck!!!!!
